Eco-Vet Eco-Heal is like first aid in a bottle. It helps control fever, inflammation, and swelling, among other things. Sometimes, your pet might come home with a wound after playing with other dogs or racing around. While running and playing are great for burning off energy, they can also lead to injuries.

Injuries can include soft tissue damage, lacerations, abrasions, bite wounds, cruciate ligament tears, and injuries to the eyes or mouth. Eco-Heal can help with pain and inflammation, but for anything serious, it’s essential to consult your vet right away.

Introducing Eco-Vet Eco-Heal, a versatile oral homeopathic remedy that works well for first aid in emergencies and helps with a variety of both acute and chronic issues in animals.

Eco-Vet Eco-Heal is a herbal remedy for minor injuries. It is an essential all-in-one therapy for acute accidents and injuries. The blend of remedies can assist in controlling fever, inflammation, haemorrhage, swelling, and pain. It is a pre- and post-exercise recovery tonic.

Eco-Heal is available in 2 sizes: 50 ml and 200 ml.

Storage: Keep it at or below 25°C and away from direct sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of kids and pets.

Dosage and Administration Information

Frequency of dose

In acute or recent conditions:

Give the recommended dose every 30 minutes for four doses. Then, give a dose every 3 hours for three doses. Thereafter, reduce the frequency to 3 times daily until symptoms are under control.

For chronic problems:

Give the recommended dose three times daily.

Give the prescribed dose of the medicine at least 10 minutes away from food or other remedies or supplements. If you are using more than one Eco-Vet medicine at a time, please give the medications 10 minutes apart for maximum efficacy.

Preparation of medicine and directions for administration

ECO-HEAL is prepared in 20% ethanol and should, therefore, be diluted before giving it to your animal.

While water is the best medium for administration, if your pet does not tolerate the water, you can substitute milk. As a last resort, you can give it as a little treat, but this may delay or impact the efficacy of the medicine.

When you are able to administer the medicine directly into your pet’s mouth, dilute the medicine in clean water and allow it to stand for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate. You can then administer the recommended dose of the diluted medicine directly into the mouth using a clean, dry plastic spoon or syringe.

Alternatively, you can add the recommended dose of the medicine to the animal’s drinking water, stir with a plastic spoon, and leave it to stand for a few minutes to allow any alcohol to evaporate before giving it to your pet. Be sure to make up fresh drinking water at least once a day or whenever the water is soiled or dirty.

FISH (ornamental)	Add one drop of ECO-HEAL per 20 litres of water in the tank.
SMALL BIRDS (parrots, racing pigeons)	Add one drop of ECO-HEAL per 20 ml of drinking water. A few drops of the drinking water can be administered directly into the mouth.
MEDIUM BIRDS (chickens, geese, ducks)	Add two drops of ECO-HEAL per 20 ml drinking water. A few drops of the drinking water can be administered directly into the mouth.
LARGE BIRDS (Ostriches)	Add four drops of ECO-HEAL per 20 ml drinking water. A few drops of the drinking water can be administered directly into the mouth.
KITTENS, PUPPIES, & SMALL MAMMALS (hampsters, rabbits, mice, etc.)	Add five drops of ECO-HEAL to 5 ml of clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes. Administer 0.25 ml of the diluted mixture directly into the mouth. Alternatively, add 10 drops of ECO-HEAL per 100 ml drinking water.
CATS & SMALL DOGS ( < 8 kg)	Add 10 drops of ECO-HEAL to 5 ml of clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes. Administer 0.5 – 1.0 ml of the diluted mixture directly into the mouth. Alternatively, add 10 drops of ECO-HEAL per 100 ml drinking water.
MEDIUM DOGS (8- 15 kg)	Add 10 drops of ECO-HEAL to 2 ml of clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes. Administer the diluted mixture directly into the mouth.
LARGE DOGS ( > 15 kg)	Add 20 drops of ECO-HEAL to 2 ml of clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes. Administer the diluted mixture directly into the mouth.
FOALS, PONIES, LAMBS & KIDS:	Add 60 drops (3 ml) of ECO-HEAL to 3 ml of clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes. Administer the diluted mixture directly into the mouth.
HORSES:	Add 100 drops (5 ml) of ECO-HEAL to 5 ml of clean water and let it stand for a few minutes. Administer the diluted mixture directly into the mouth.

 

Precautions/Things to know before you use this medicine

Please consult your veterinarian if symptoms are severe or persist for longer than three days without improvement.

There are no known side effects. If your pet’s condition starts to deteriorate, please consult your veterinarian.

Giving an overdose or too much medicine is unlikely with a homeopathic medicine because it contains such minute doses of material substance. The only problem is if the medicine is not diluted correctly and the animal consumes too much alcohol, in which case you should consult your veterinarian.
